This washer/dryer is incredibly cute! The pastel colors are beautiful. The two biggest happy points are 1)it arrived fully assembled 2)the construction is incredibly sturdy. Downers include: 1) Did not arrive within the date parameters given, and therefore missed my daughter's birthday. When I called to inquire about it (2 days after the expected arrival date), CS said it had not even shipped at that point -- but they promptly fixed their error and apologized and we had it within 4 days. 2) The knob that turns the drum of the dryer keeps coming off its screw.
