"1st ordered this item on big-name store site during the holiday season. I ordered it in black and waited for it to arrive, received an e-mail 1 week later that they did not have it in stock. Tried again with the pink color (ordering through a customer service agent), again waited an absurd amount of time and received an e-mail that it too was out of stock. At that point in time, even if I tried for the third and final color I had to pay for overnight shipping which was about 75% of the cost of the item! I gave up. I knew I would be back on the internet to find another site to get the item, this time for the Easter Holiday. I FOUND YOU!!! My experience has been nothing but pleasurable. You had the item in stock that you stated on your website, pricing was great, I received multiple e-mails notifying me of my order and where it was in the process, delivery was flawless and arrived even before I expected it.
